        Product Overview
        YN-A680 Thermoplastic Polyolefin (TPO) Waterproof Membrane is made of TPO material that combines the weather resistance and heat resistance of ethylene propylene (EP) rubber with the weldability of polypropylene. In the early 1990s, it was applied to roof waterproofing projects through mechanical fixation installation. Due to its combination of the weather resistance of EPDM rubber and the weldability of plastic waterproof membranes, it provides excellent waterproofing performance and has therefore developed rapidly.

        Product Features
        1. Advanced polymerization technology is employed to combine the advantages of ethylene propylene rubber and polypropylene, resulting in a material that possesses both the excellent weather resistance of ethylene propylene rubber and the weldability of polypropylene.
        2. Special formulation technology is used, eliminating the need for any plasticizers that can make the material brittle.
        3. It does not exhibit the brittleness caused by plasticizer migration that is common in thermally welded membranes (such as PVC), maintaining long-term waterproof functionality.
        4. It exhibits good high and low-temperature resistance, maintaining flexibility at -50°C like rubber materials and retaining mechanical strength at higher temperatures.
        5. It is resistant to chemicals, acids, bases, salts, animal and vegetable oils, lubricating oils, and corrosion from algae, mold, and other microorganisms.
        6. It is resistant to thermal aging and has good dimensional stability.
        7. Its surface is primarily light-colored, primarily white, and smooth.
        8. The lap seams are formed using thermal welding, creating a high-strength, sealed waterproof layer.


        Storage and Packaging
        1. During storage and transportation, products of different types and specifications should be stacked separately and not mixed. Avoid exposure to sunlight and rain, and ensure proper ventilation.
        2. The storage temperature should not exceed 45°C. Stack flatly with a height not exceeding 5 layers, or stand singly. Avoid contact with acids, alkalis, oils, and organic solvents.
        3. During transportation, prevent tilting or horizontal compression, and cover with tarpaulins if necessary.
        4. Under normal storage and transportation conditions, the shelf life is 1 year from the date of production.

        2. Underground civil defense shelters, dams, landfills, subways, tunnels, bridges, and grain storage facilities.
